The Challenge

Federal contract proposals are inherently complex, requiring meticulous detail and adherence to strict guidelines. HATHR.AI needed a sophisticated tool to assist in drafting these proposals, ensuring both speed and accuracy while maintaining compliance with government security standards. The existing process was time-consuming and resource-intensive, creating a significant bottleneck in their operations.

The Solution

aiMonkey developed a comprehensive web application in two phases. The initial phase produced a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) featuring a chatbot powered by AI, a text-based proposal generator, and a secure document management system. In the second phase, the application was enhanced with user authentication, advanced document processing capabilities, and transitioned to using the more secure Mixtral 8x7B model. The entire system was hosted on AWS GovCloud, ensuring compliance with federal security standards.

The project kicked off in December 2023 with a detailed plan to deliver the MVP in two months, followed by an extensive three-month development phase to achieve a market-ready version.
